KT18 Yarn Sample Winding Machineis an auxiliary equipment which has been designed to present your yarns to the market in a perfect way.

The machine is capable of winding 18 different coloured yarns. Thanks to clamps with cavity the winding cards can be readily replaced.

Depending on the tickness of yarn to be wound pitch adjustment can be made electronically. There is a special devise implented in the machine which is utilized to adjust the starting point of yarn on the card. Apart from that, this adjustment can be made such that the clutch lever is first lifted and then the relevant device is moved manually.

It is exteremly easy to the define the number of windings on the card using the counter provided. In addition to yarn sample winding process, model KT18 can also be used for yarn testing in dyeing plants. The machine automatically stops when the winding process has been completed.
